Why can't I delete a track from the Library?

If you are a DJ, you don't have the permission to delete a track that has been uploaded by someone else. You can only manage the tracks that you've uploaded personally. 

You also can't delete tracks is if you have them scheduled. Once you remove them from the scheduled show, you'll be able to delete the track.
