The best way for you to report an issue with Airtime is to create a support ticket. You can file a ticket to report your problem directly from the Airtime interface by clicking on Help > File a support ticket. Be as detailed as you can about the issue in your title and description. This will enable the support team and developers to assess the situation and help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Some Airtime packages come with access to a live support team member. With these packages, you can find the Live Chat window at the bottom of the Sourcefabric.org website or at the bottom of your Airtime interface in the Help tab. The Live Chat is generally open from Monday to Friday 7-21 UTC, excluding German, Canadian and U.S. holidays.
